By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

This website was created and is served from the UK. It is, therefore, governed by the laws of England and Wales, and should any legal discrepancy occur, it will be dealt with in an English court of law.
Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
Our store is hosted on Stripe. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro cards registered at a UK address. Orders placed via this site will be charged immediately.
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail’s standard delivery (2-3 working days). Your item can be delivered direct to your recipient by entering their details in the 'delivery address' when you are at the checkout. Please note this will vary for personalised and made ro order items. Collection is also available
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. While the colour reproduction is a close representation, many of our products are handmade and individual and variations in actual goods may occur.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
The team at Vincent Trading take great care in making sure your item arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by contacting us at email@example.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
We accept no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.
Replacements for damaged goods will be sent within 5 days of receipt of returned damaged goods.
In line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations set out for all online retailers, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to returns the goods to us. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note this does not apply to personalised and made to order items unless they are damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. We regret that we cannot reimburse the cost of postage unless the items are faulty or are delivered in error. We will refund or exchange your order once it is received by us.
